Night Demi-Chef de Partie (60% part‑time)

About the role

The Woodward, Geneva’s premier all‑suite hotel, is looking for a Night Demi‑Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. Working the 23:00‑08:00 shift on a 60 % part‑time basis, you will help maintain the high‑standard service expected by its luxury clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate dishes during the night service.
• Set up your station and carry out preliminary product preparation.
• Follow technical sheets for plating and presentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with sanitary and food safety standards.
• Clean and maintain your workstation, equipment and kitchen areas.
• Perform mise en place for the following day’s service.

Required profile

• Culinary diploma or equivalent hotel‑school qualification.
• Minimum one year experience in a similar role within a starred restaurant or 5‑star palace.
• Strong knowledge of gastronomic culture, rigor and autonomy.
• Availability to start on 1 August 2026.
