Night Floor Attendant – Four Seasons Geneva

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is looking for a night floor attendant. The role covers cleaning and maintaining common areas such as restaurants, bars, spa, patio, reception and corridors, and handling special requests from guests. The supervisor is the General Manager. Only candidates with Swiss nationality, a Swiss residence permit or EU citizenship will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas and back-of-house spaces according to schedules and checklists
• Deliver clean linen carts to floors and restock them (bed sheets, flat sheets and food-and-beverage linen)
• Restock guest rooms and deliver flower arrangements
• Keep corridors tidy: vacuum, clean elevator rails, dust frames, mirrors and furniture, and remove bins while respecting recycling rules
• Report problems, malfunctions, shortages and guest complaints immediately to the duty manager
• Supervise other floor attendants when the floor managers are absent and train new staff
• Help other departments on request and propose improvements to the organisation of work

Required profile

• Fluent French reading and writing, and spoken understanding of English
• Independent, organised and punctual, able to manage priorities and work hours flexibly
• Pleasant appearance, professional conduct and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
