Room Service Supervisor

About the role

The Room Service Supervisor assists the Assistant Room Service Manager in overseeing the room service team, ensuring high‑quality service for upscale guests at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Manager to guarantee precise, high‑standard room service delivery.
• Manage daily operational and administrative tasks, including order taking (phone, Micros, Opera, Birchstreet) and material control (stock, linen, equipment).
• Monitor service quality, minibar and welcome amenity presentation, and ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards.
• Handle special requests, guest complaints, and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Conduct quality checks, maintain cleanliness of service areas, and perform duties of a senior server when needed.

Required profile

• Hotel/restaurant management diploma with strong knowledge of oenology and culinary technology.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high‑end restaurant or room service environment.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); basic knowledge of a third language is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, teamwork spirit, and strong relational skills.
