Offering Manager & Client Administrator

About the role

Avaloq, a Swiss provider of wealth management technology and services for financial institutions, is hiring an Offering Manager & Client Administrator in Bioggio. The role supports the commercial team managing client relationships in the region and backs up the Key Account Manager and Sales Manager so they can focus on building relationships and sales opportunities. It is a client-facing position involving calls, emails and client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in preparing and processing offers in line with internal standards and procedures
• Act as main contact for clients and Account Managers on financial and billing matters, providing supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate records of clients' annual recurring fees and ensure timely and correct invoicing of contracted projects and services
• Coordinate client and partner invoicing with Finance and Accounts Receivable
• Help prepare presentations, documentation, client meetings, events and follow-up
• Keep data in management reporting systems accurate and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Maintain team documentation and administrative records
• Support the Team Lead with onboarding, induction and training of new team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in a support, operations, billing or accounts receivable role
• Fluent written and spoken German and French

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle complex situations professionally
