About the role
We are looking for an Office Manager & ESG Champion to provide efficient administrative and front‑desk support at our Lugano office while driving local sustainability initiatives. The role combines traditional office management duties with the responsibility of acting as the ESG point of contact for the Swiss site.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑desk activities, welcome visitors and handle incoming calls.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics including flights, transfers and parking.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Support executives and local teams with administrative tasks and courier shipments.
- Oversee office supplies, vendor relations, and onboarding of new hires.
- Assist the Head of Sustainability with local ESG projects, clean‑up events, community initiatives and data collection.
- Facilitate ESG team meetings, prepare presentations and report progress to senior sustainability leadership.
Required profile
- Strong organizational, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail, reliability and a passion for sustainability.
- Proficiency in Italian, English and German; French is a plus.
- Ability to manage projects independently and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
