Onboarding Enablement Specialist

About the role

This high‑impact position is based in Switzerland and focuses on designing, delivering and continuously improving onboarding programs for revenue teams. You will ensure new hires in sales roles ramp quickly, gain confidence, and achieve high performance from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and iterate structured onboarding programs for SDR, AE, Field Sales and Expansion roles.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and manage learning content within LMS platforms, coordinating with hiring managers, People teams and Revenue leadership.
• Build and maintain onboarding progress tracking systems and dashboards to monitor ramp performance and flag at‑risk hires.
• Develop standardized coaching frameworks and tools to support managers in guiding new hires.
• Own and expand the AI role‑play content library, creating realistic sales scenarios.
• Act as a strategic partner to Revenue leadership, aligning onboarding initiatives with broader performance goals.
• Support promotional readiness programs such as SDR‑to‑AE transitions.
• Administer and optimise LMS systems, including content assignment, user management and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering structured onboarding or training programs.
• Strong project‑management abilities with the capacity to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse onboarding metrics and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
