Business Screening Team Lead

About the role

This remote‑first position leads the Business Screening function for a global talent evaluation platform. You will manage high‑performing screening teams, optimise processes and ensure top‑quality outcomes throughout the candidate assessment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Business Screening teams to meet quality and performance targets.
• Monitor metrics, analyse operational data and implement improvements for efficiency and talent activation.
• Plan and execute new screening initiatives, process updates and operational enhancements.
• Oversee screening workflows, maintain exercises and support creation of new talent specialisations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, QA, analytics and subject‑matter experts to refine methodologies and reporting.
• Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding and mentoring of new screeners while fostering a positive team culture.
• Act as escalation point for complex screening issues, ensuring timely, customer‑focused resolutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, policies and standards for consistency and scalability.
• Drive continuous optimisation through data‑driven insights and internal collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in operations management, team leadership or business process management.
• Proven track record of leading teams, improving workflows and managing cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical abilities with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, resource‑ful and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
