Online Campaign Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Online Campaign Manager to lead digital public‑education campaigns that encourage major global food companies to adopt stronger animal‑welfare policies. Based in Switzerland and working remotely, you will own the full campaign lifecycle—from research and strategy to execution, outreach, and measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute online public‑education campaigns targeting global food corporations.
• Conduct online research on companies, industry practices, and policy opportunities to shape advocacy strategies.
• Write, edit, and distribute campaign emails and digital communications to engage audiences and influence decision‑makers.
• Draft and publish web content, campaign materials, and educational resources.
• Plan and manage online advertising initiatives to expand campaign reach.
• Recruit, communicate with, and coordinate volunteers and supporters.
• Independently manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables while maintaining communication with international colleagues.
• Monitor campaign progress, adapt tactics, and report on outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality results without close supervision.
• Strong work ethic and highly productive approach to online, computer‑based tasks.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple activities simultaneously.
