About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Delémont. The role involves contributing to the production of components, carrying out quality checks and following established production procedures. The position is full‑time (100 % activity) with a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

Participate in the manufacturing of parts according to the production schedule.
Perform routine quality inspections to ensure product conformity.
Adhere to all safety and production protocols.
Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations.
Ensure equipment is set up correctly before each shift.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Required profile

Minimum two years of proven experience in industrial production.
Strong sense of autonomy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated reliability and rigor in previous roles.
Ability to work in a shift system (2x8, with weekend duties).
Willingness to start immediately or as agreed.
