Operations Manager – Digital Food Hall

About the role

Future Kitchens is a fast‑growing Swiss startup that operates a digital Food Hall, connecting delivery‑only restaurant brands with hungry customers. As an Operations Manager you will own and scale the digital backbone that supports our partner kitchens, turning strategy into reliable systems, projects and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration and continuous improvement of HubSpot across Sales, Partner Success and Operations.
• Design, optimise and automate internal workflows to boost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate restaurant listings, menus, prices and content on platforms such as Uber Eats, Just Eat and the company webshop.
• Own the pre‑onboarding process for new restaurant partners, including account setup and menu data entry.
• Prepare weekly payout statements and reports for partners.
• Enhance reporting tools for Partner Success Managers to monitor performance and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and AI tools such as Claude AI.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear ownership.
• High attention to detail, especially when handling menus, pricing and financial data.
• Hands‑on mindset, capable of both planning and independent execution.
• Strong communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
• Tech‑savvy, quick to learn new delivery apps, CMS and reporting platforms.
• Structured, reliable and process‑oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
