Operations Manager – Hospitality (Full-time)

About the role

City Pop is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations of its long‑stay apartments and City Pop 2NIGHT hospitality concept across the French‑speaking part of Switzerland. Based in Lausanne, you will travel regularly to Geneva to inspect properties, support local teams and ensure consistent quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of all City Pop properties and City Pop 2NIGHT locations in French‑speaking Switzerland.
• Lead and support local operational teams and external service providers.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to guarantee apartments and common areas meet quality standards.
• Monitor operational KPIs, guest feedback and online reviews, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and technical interventions to ensure smooth daily service.
• Control operational budgets, supplier performance and service quality while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Technical, Commercial and Finance teams to optimise processes and enhance guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality or serviced‑apartment operations, preferably multi‑site.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities, with experience managing external partners.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven track record with operational KPIs, budgeting and performance management.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and a customer‑service mindset.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Mews property‑management system.
