Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will ensure smooth execution of operational workflows within a fast‑growing digital environment in Switzerland. Acting as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and external contributors, you will coordinate processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operational activities across assigned workflows and contributor networks.
• Serve as primary contact for external contributors regarding tasks, support requests, and operational inquiries.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on task progress, performance, feedback, and operational status.
• Monitor workflow execution to meet service‑level expectations and handle support requests promptly.
• Facilitate resolution of escalations, conflicts, and non‑standard situations.
• Track tasks requiring reviews, approvals, or follow‑up actions to ensure timely completion.
• Support onboarding and verification of new contributors.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity in project‑management and operational systems.
• Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and help develop scalable procedures.
• Escalate critical risks or incidents to ensure business continuity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in an operations, project coordination, support, or account management role.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proven ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and drive tasks to completion.
