Organic Search Analyst – SEO Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Organic Search Analyst to develop and execute data‑driven SEO strategies that boost website visibility, improve rankings and drive sustainable growth. The role works closely with digital marketing, product, engineering and content teams to align organic search initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SEO strategies across technical, on‑page, off‑page and content dimensions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink audits and SERP performance monitoring.
• Perform technical SEO audits, Core Web Vitals optimization, structured data implementation and crawl budget management.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, web development and product teams to improve site architecture, page speed and user experience.
• Track, analyze and report organic traffic, conversion metrics and ROI using GA4, Looker Studio and other analytics tools.
• Identify automation opportunities and stay up‑to‑date with AI‑driven search trends and algorithm updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in SEO or organic search roles with a strong track record of driving traffic and conversions.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, user intent, link building and international/local SEO.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable optimization plans.
