Overnight Team Leader (Full Time)

About the role

We are looking for an Overnight Team Leader to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our store during the night shift. You will guide a team of associates, ensure a great customer experience, and maintain store standards while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members, assigning daily tasks and providing coaching.
• Ensure exceptional checkout experiences and overall customer service.
• Maintain product freshness through rotation and dating policies.
• Oversee compliance with food safety and safety regulations.
• Manage ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and product display.
• Operate registers, handle cash, and use powered equipment as needed.
• Participate in inventory counts and support cross‑training initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on scheduling to boost engagement and sales.

Required profile

• Passion for customer service and ability to engage customers and peers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Creative thinking and ability to influence others.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling products.
