Paid Media Specialist – Google, Meta & TikTok

About the role

We are seeking a Google / Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist to design, launch and optimise high‑performing paid campaigns for international brands. Working remotely from Switzerland, you will combine analytical insight with creative strategy to drive measurable ROI across multiple advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with client business goals, including audience segmentation and optimisation plans.
• Research, build and refine prospecting, remarketing and conversion‑focused audience segments.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages, and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Manage advertising budgets, track spend, and recommend adjustments to maximise ROI and ROAS.
• Configure and monitor conversion tracking (pixels, events, attribution) across all platforms.
• Analyse KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, impressions and reach.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing paid‑media campaigns for brands, e‑commerce or lead‑generation.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of paid‑media strategy, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience managing budgets and improving performance through data analysis.
