Part-time Remote Warehouse Operations Manager / Supervisor / Clerk

About the role

This part‑time, fully remote position offers the opportunity to lead and support warehouse operations for a dynamic company. Whether you act as an Operations Manager, a Supervisor/Team Lead, or a Clerk, you will ensure smooth daily processes while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and control stock levels.
• Organise storage systems and optimise space utilisation.
• Supervise and coach staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate logistics and liaise with carriers to meet delivery schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service‑related issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations or warehouse management.
• Strong supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in consumer products, agri‑food or cosmetics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain, business or a related field is an asset.
