Senior Manager / Director – Consumer Goods Supply Chain Consulting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager or Director to lead our Consumer Goods Supply Chain practice in Switzerland. The role involves expanding our market presence, building trusted relationships with senior executives, and driving large-scale transformation programmes for leading FMCG brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders across Consumer Goods and FMCG organisations.
• Lead business development activities, originate new consulting opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Design and sell complex supply-chain transformation engagements covering planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior operational leaders.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to create solutions that address client challenges across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Support the continued growth and market positioning of the Consumer Goods practice.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a leading consulting firm or advisory environment.
• Strong background in Consumer Goods, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Beauty, Personal Care or Retail sectors.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply-chain functions (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, operations).
• Proven track record of sales, account growth and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and win consulting work.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and executive-level relationships.
• Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
