Partner Launch & Customer Success Lead

About the role

This position is responsible for driving the rollout and long‑term adoption of an AI‑powered fitness solution across enterprise gym networks in Switzerland. You will act as the primary liaison between partnership, operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed contracts to active platform usage.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end launch process for new gym partners, coordinating timelines and cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain standardized launch playbooks and onboarding programs for trainers and managers.
• Design and execute in‑gym activation initiatives such as QR campaigns and trainer‑led demos.
• Monitor adoption metrics, build performance dashboards, and report on member penetration, engagement, and retention.
• Collect structured partner feedback and collaborate with product teams for continuous improvement.
• Optimize launch processes to support scalable expansion across multi‑location networks.

Required profile

• Strong experience in project or operational management with multi‑stakeholder coordination.
• Proven background managing enterprise clients, strategic partnerships, or multi‑site business relationships.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and driving data‑informed improvements.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross‑functional environments involving product, marketing, operations, and engineering.
