About the role

We are looking for a professional and organised Sales Assistant to join our team at Globus Zurich on a part‑time basis (50%). You will provide essential support to the sales department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, documentation, and record management.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly, offering product information and assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Assist with coordination of sales meetings, presentations, and client events.
• Manage sales materials, brochures, and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Support preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
• Liaise between customers and the sales team to ensure seamless communication.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role.
• Excellent organisational and time‑keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and people skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Professional demeanour and ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (desired).
• Multilingual abilities in German, French or Italian alongside English (desired).
