People, Learning & Development Manager

About the role

As the People, Learning & Development Manager at Baur au Lac, you will lead the creation and implementation of talent development initiatives that reinforce our tradition of exceptional hospitality while shaping the future of our multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs that foster personal and professional growth for all employees.
• Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted development plans.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Oversee performance management processes and support succession planning.
• Act as a change agent to align HR practices with the hotel’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in hospitality or service‑oriented sectors is a plus.
