People Partner – Senior Vice President

About the role

iCapital is looking for a senior Human Resources Business Partner to support its rapid global expansion across APAC, EMEA, Canada and Latin America. Reporting to the Head of People Partners, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and help shape the people strategy as the company enters new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, managers and employees across international regions.
• Partner on organizational design, change management and leadership effectiveness to align the business with priorities.
• Guide workforce planning, headcount budgeting and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of HR Business Partners in EMEA and APAC.
• Roll out global employee life‑cycle programs and adapt them for local needs.
• Support entity setup and build scalable people operations for new markets.
• Interpret data trends to inform HR decisions in a matrixed environment.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR Business Partner experience in a global organization.
• Leadership experience building and leading high‑performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for human capital management.
• Analytical approach, keen eye for detail and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Hands‑on, thrives in dynamic, complex environments and values global collaboration.
