Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will drive the growth of Tiger Recruitment’s Swiss business, managing client relationships, winning new business and placing high‑calibre candidates across specialist markets.

Key responsibilities

• Write and advertise vacancies, conduct thorough candidate interviews and build a strong referral network.
• Develop and expand existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities and achieve KPIs.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from briefing to placement, and manage offers and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate administration, client portals and compliance with Swiss employment regulations.
• Contribute ideas on marketing, technology and events to enhance the brand and support office growth.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in a specialist or professional services environment.
• Demonstrable track record of business development, client management and successful placements.
• Commercially minded with strong understanding of revenue targets and profitability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Fluent English; German and/or French advantageous; knowledge of the Swiss market a plus.
