Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer (Geneva, Zurich, Lausanne)

About the role

We are looking for a Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer to join our Platform & Services team in Switzerland. You will help build, operate and improve the infrastructure that powers our regulated digital‑asset trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure production environments are highly available, efficient and resilient.
• Provide on‑call support, monitoring, alerting and incident management for production, testing and development systems.
• Design, implement and manage large‑scale cloud, networking and storage infrastructure.
• Automate deployment and configuration using modern DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new services into existing platforms.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience operating services in demanding environments.
• Familiarity with SRE principles, automation, monitoring and incident response.
• Experience with Linux and several DevOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell).
• Ability to deploy and operate solutions, with guidance on complex tasks.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and software development in Go, Java or Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.
