PMO Lead - Legal & Integrity Operations

About the role

The PMO Lead will support the Legal & Integrity transformation portfolio, providing structure, clarity and follow‑through for key initiatives. You will act as a bridge between Legal, Integrity, Legal Tech, IS, AI teams and external partners to turn business needs into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a single view of the transformation portfolio, tracking priorities, milestones, risks and decisions.
• Help teams define simple plans with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables and success criteria.
• Track progress, identify blockers early and drive follow‑through on actions and commitments.
• Prepare decision‑ready updates for leadership, steering committees and governance forums.
• Translate legal and operational needs into structured business and technical requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, project management or related field with equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in a multinational environment, strong project/program/portfolio management background.
• Outcome‑focused mindset with ability to turn strategy into execution.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, technical teams and external partners.
