About the role
Support the business on all patent‑related questions to enable product launches, managing multi‑country patent litigations and overseeing global IP strategy for biosimilar products.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multi‑country patent litigations and European patent oppositions.
- Oversee global IP strategy for several biosimilar products at various development stages.
- Provide timely legal advice to senior management on complex IP landscapes.
- Prosecute a patent portfolio covering biopharma and injection device inventions.
- Draft Freedom‑to‑Operate opinions and monitor competitor IP.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align IP, regulatory, supply and commercial strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or biochemistry; chemistry background beneficial.
- Licensed European Patent Attorney or US Patent Attorney.
- At least 10 years of intellectual property experience.
