About the role

Mandarin Oriental Geneva is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Porter to join its award‑winning team. Working on the hotel’s public floors, you will ensure that laundry, linen and housekeeping supplies are handled efficiently and that storage areas remain orderly.

Key responsibilities

• Transport laundry bags (bed linen) and carts with dirty clothes to the laundry room.
• Deliver specific items such as baby coats, mattress protectors, duvets, bedspreads, curtains and sheer fabrics to the laundry area.
• Organise and maintain storage areas in line with hotel procedures.
• Replenish housekeeping pantries with guest amenities and keep them clean.
• Inspect, clean and maintain vacuum cleaners.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Porter in a 5‑star hotel.
• Team spirit, curiosity and a desire to learn and grow.
• Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
• Valid Swiss work permit or European passport.
• French – very good spoken and written; English – good spoken and written.
