Power Platform Expert

About the role

Join Kanadevia Inova’s new Collaboration & Power Solutions Team to drive the company’s cloud‑first strategy and modern digital workplace. As a Power Platform Expert you will turn business ideas into secure, scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions and support citizen developers.

Key responsibilities

• Coach business users and run hands‑on workshops such as “App in a Day” to enable citizen development.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex solutions, from design through testing and deployment.
• Co‑define governance standards, environment, security and lifecycle controls for the Power Platform.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, enterprise data and other systems.
• Provide third‑level expertise, maintain documentation and use platform insights to improve reliability and adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Platform development and solution architecture within enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Professional English communication skills and confidence to facilitate discussions in an international setting.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Governance and security best practices, including Entra ID.
