Principal - Industry Advisory

About the role

Genpact, an advanced technology solutions company that uses process intelligence and artificial intelligence to deliver measurable outcomes, is looking for a Principal in Industry Advisory. The role defines and drives the strategic direction of industry advisory services, advises senior leadership and builds trusted relationships with clients, partners and industry influencers. It is a regular, hybrid position based in Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction of industry advisory services in line with organizational goals and market demands.
• Lead complex market and competitive analyses to identify high-value growth opportunities and emerging risks.
• Advise senior leadership and key stakeholders with actionable insights that shape business strategy and decisions.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration so that strategic initiatives and transformation programs are executed successfully.
• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients, partners and industry influencers.
• Integrate advanced data analytics and industry research into advisory offerings.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences and client engagements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, governance standards and best practices.
• Mentor and develop senior advisory teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Experience in industry advisory, including advising senior leadership and managing complex analyses.
