Private Equity Senior Analyst / Junior Associate

About the role

Crown Funds is seeking a motivated Private Equity Senior Analyst / Junior Associate to support the senior team in managing high‑end investment projects across technology, hospitality and biotech sectors. You will work closely with portfolio companies and the Crown team to ensure optimal asset performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the active management of investments, providing direct involvement at portfolio companies.
• Support all functional areas of portfolio firms with a focus on exceeding financial targets.
• Organise projects, conduct accounting, financial‑statement analysis and market research.
• Participate in due‑diligence processes and prepare related documentation.
• Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing projects.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Family Office, Hedge Fund or a top‑5 accounting firm.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Professionalism, high drive and commitment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
• Team‑player with good communication skills.
