Private Estates Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Private Estates Manager to lead operations for an international residential portfolio of luxury properties. The role combines hands‑on oversight of assets with the leadership of on‑site teams across multiple countries, ensuring a consistent, high‑standard service for high‑net‑worth owners.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage all on‑site staff, handling scheduling, performance reviews and employment decisions.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and the full asset lifecycle, creating operating manuals and standardized procedures.
• Serve as the single point of contact for external vendors, negotiate contracts and control budgets.
• Develop and implement scalable operational systems for multiple properties in different jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in private residential management, luxury hospitality or a comparable high‑service environment.
• Proven track record leading teams of ten or more and making people‑operations decisions.
• Experience managing properties across more than one country and supporting high‑net‑worth principals.
• Strong vendor management and disciplined budgeting skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
