Procurement Analyst – Strategic Vendor Management

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support strategic procurement and vendor management within a fast‑growing, globally distributed organization. The role operates in a remote‑first environment and works closely with Finance, Legal, IT, Security and Data Privacy teams to ensure compliant, cost‑effective purchasing across international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, including purchasing activities, approvals, renewals and vendor onboarding.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and commercial terms while ensuring contracts align with internal procurement policies.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance and address operational issues.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, Security and Data Privacy to meet regulatory and governance standards.
• Track software and service renewals to guarantee continuity of operations.
• Maintain detailed procurement documentation and reporting for audit readiness.
• Identify and help resolve process inefficiencies and procurement‑related risks.
• Support procurement operations in Coupa and other purchasing systems to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement, especially SaaS, software licensing or professional services.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation and contract coordination skills.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
