Procurement Contract Data & Documentation Analyst (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Contract Data, Documentation & Records Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation in Zurich on a fixed‑term contract. The role sits within a high‑impact remediation and data‑quality programme, supporting regulatory compliance and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate missing or inconsistent contract data and reconstruct contract hierarchies.
• Validate procurement documentation, improve metadata quality and ensure audit‑readiness.
• Retrieve and analyse procurement artefacts such as RFPs, due‑diligence records, supplier onboarding documents and governance materials.
• Coordinate searches across SharePoint and other document repositories, maintaining regulatory and reporting standards.
• Perform data validation, second‑level reviews, and track open issues and dependencies.
• Support procurement, legal and operational stakeholders with complex information requests.
• Contribute to process improvements, data governance and more efficient repository structures.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement operations, contract management, data quality or supplier lifecycle processes, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a structured approach.
• Fluent in German and English.
