Procurement Specialist – HR Services

About the role

The Procurement Specialist – HR Services will act as a strategic advisor to HR, Legal and Finance partners, translating business needs into effective sourcing strategies. You will lead complex sourcing projects, negotiate contracts and ensure supplier performance while monitoring market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with HR, Legal and Finance stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into sourcing strategies and lead RFPs, supplier evaluations and negotiations.
• Analyze financials, model pricing and negotiate commercially sound deals.
• Draft, manage and oversee contracts, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Monitor market trends, manage supplier relationships and drive innovation.
• Apply sourcing best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting environment (management consulting, procurement advisory or PMO).
• Proven ability to advise senior HR stakeholders and lead transformational sourcing initiatives across HR service categories.
• Hands‑on experience managing the end‑to‑end sourcing lifecycle, including contract negotiation and supplier selection.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed organisations.
• Strong project management and execution skills, with experience in RFP/RFI processes.
