Product Administrator Factory Outlet Intern

About the role

The Product Administrator Factory Outlet Intern supports the Senior PD & Supply Operations Manager in maintaining product data systems for the factory outlet. You will collaborate with product developers and buyers to ensure accurate setup and alignment of style information.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain centric data, including style codes, colors, delivery months, categories, compositions, origins, and suppliers.
• Configure and update BOM details, labeling, and hangtags.
• Process projection files from US and EU buying teams to align system data.
• Check HTS remarks, duties, and freight information.
• Continuously update the system weekly, ensuring alignment with design to production workflow and collection calendars.

Required profile

• Fashion academic background with strong interest in fashion products and trends.
• Precise, accurate, self‑organized with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a dynamic, positive attitude.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
