Product Manager - Semiconductors and Control Valves

About the role

VAT Group AG is seeking a talented and passionate Product Manager for the Control Valves product line within its Semiconductor Business Unit. Based in Haag, Switzerland, you will act as the primary technical liaison with major SEMI OEM customers and drive the full lifecycle of dedicated product series.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical interface with SEMI OEM customers, handling all product‑related inquiries.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle – development, phase‑in, continuous improvement, customization, phase‑out, pricing, forecasting, training, and marketing documentation.
• Translate OEM roadmaps into clear product requirements to support global growth and profitability.
• Monitor OEM account profitability and define measures to increase share of wallet.
• Support sales activities and coordinate customer‑specific requirements across internal teams.
• Define technical documentation and contribute to product and technology roadmaps, including smart features and controller strategies.

Required profile

• Talented and passionate professional with experience in product management for semiconductor or control‑valve applications.
• Proven ability to manage full product lifecycles and work closely with OEM customers.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor profitability and drive value‑engineering initiatives.
