Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will lead the go‑to‑market strategy for the Electrical Safety Solutions business unit, translating strategy and market opportunities into successful product launches and sales enablement worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business unit marketing plan in close cooperation with product line managers, business development and sales.
• Define product launch plans, create promotional material (brochures, presentations, videos, e‑learning) and manage trade‑show participation.
• Provide competitor analysis, product economics support and maintain product documentation.
• Prepare and manage the business unit marketing budget and contribute to yearly strategy reviews.

Required profile

• Technical degree in electrical engineering or power electronics.
• Further education in industrial product marketing.
• At least 10 years of international B2B sales and product marketing experience.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); French and German desirable.
