Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Reality Capture Hardware

About the role

Hexagon, through its Leica Geosystems division, is looking for an experienced B2B technology Product Marketing Manager to drive growth of the Reality Capture Hardware portfolio. This is a strategic, international role based in the St. Gallen area, working from the Heerbrugg office at least three days per week, and reporting to the global Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product positioning, messaging and value propositions for the Reality Capture Hardware portfolio
• Lead go-to-market initiatives and support global product launches
• Gather customer insights, run market and competitive analysis and strengthen market positioning
• Create sales enablement materials such as presentations, battlecards and customer-facing content
• Work with content and demand generation teams on marketing assets across the customer journey
• Measure the effectiveness of product marketing activities and optimise messaging, launches and go-to-market strategies

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally 8+, including at least 1 year of product marketing
• Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies and leading product launches
• Experience working with Product Management, Sales and cross-functional global teams
• Based in the St. Gallen area and able to work from Heerbrugg at least three days per week; not a remote position

Required skills

• Expertise in product positioning, messaging and turning complex technologies into clear customer value
• Analytical skills in customer insights, market research and competitive intelligence
• Project management and stakeholder management
• Fluent English, written and spoken; German is a strong plus
• Experience in B2B technology, industrial technology, geospatial, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing or engineering is an advantage
