Product Marketing Specialist (60%) – Schlieren

About the role

Fixposition builds sensor technology that enables autonomous robots and vehicles to operate safely. As a Product Marketing Specialist you will shape the story around this positioning technology, working closely with R&D and translating complex engineering concepts into buyer‑focused narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Define positioning and messaging in collaboration with R&D and product teams.
• Create web copy, one‑pagers, case studies, whitepapers, videos, social posts and visual assets using AI tools.
• Drive LinkedIn and thought‑leadership presence and ensure discoverability via traditional and AI‑powered search.
• Plan and execute tradeshows, industry events and webinars end‑to‑end.
• Build lightweight automations in HubSpot and connected marketing‑sales tools.
• Synthesize customer, competitor and market signals with AI into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare pitch materials, RFP responses and qualify inbound leads.
• Coordinate with the China team on localized materials and joint go‑to‑market activities.
• Track campaign performance, funnel metrics and content visibility.

Required profile

• Technically fluent and comfortable in R&D conversations; engineering, robotics, sensors or CS background a plus.
• Strong English writing skills; German is a plus.
• AI‑native: daily use of modern AI tools with a clear view of their value.
• Experience with HubSpot and building lightweight automations; basic scripting or SQL a bonus.
• Familiarity with a modern B2B marketing stack (CRM, LinkedIn, design and web tools).
• Data‑driven, analytical and organized.
• Valid work permit for Switzerland.
