Product Specialist – Rescue Therapy

About the role

Mundipharma is seeking a Product Specialist for Rescue Therapy to build and strengthen our presence across Switzerland. This hands‑on, highly autonomous position involves owning a nationwide territory, identifying opportunities, and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a network across HCPs, addiction treatment clinics, harm‑reduction services, hospitals, medical centres and pharmacies.
• Strengthen existing key accounts and proactively identify new stakeholders and opportunities.
• Develop and execute account and regional plans aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
• Deliver approved product and therapy‑area information and promotional activities.
• Plan and execute customer activities and represent the company at relevant congresses and events.
• Analyse market, competitor and sales information and turn insights into concrete actions.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing and Medical colleagues.

Required profile

• Pharmaceutical sales experience in Switzerland, ideally in substitution therapy, psychiatry, opioids and/or CNS.
• Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and pharmaceutical market.
• Self‑organised, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Hands‑on attitude, able to move between strategic planning and practical execution.
• Fluent in German and French for HCP interactions and fluent in English for internal communication.
