About the role
Mondelēz International is looking for a production electrician (Betriebselektriker) in Bern to work on its production facilities. The tasks are carried out within a regional business model managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve breakdowns on production equipment during shift operation after thorough introduction
- Perform call duty (on-call service)
- Carry out maintenance work on production and infrastructure plants
- Run periodic inspections according to NIV 13
- Provide technical support to the production teams
Required profile
- Completed vocational training as electrician, electrical installer, electrical fitter, automation technician or industrial electrician (German title)
- Willingness to complete NIV 13 training if not yet held, based on operational needs
- Availability for on-call duty according to schedule and for shift work including nights and weekends
- Good German
Required skills
- Knowledge of PLC controls and measurement, control and regulation technology is an advantage
