Production Technician – Sensor Assembly & Calibration

About the role
Rheonics is looking for a Production Technician to join its Winterthur site. You will assemble, test and calibrate sensor probes and related accessories, supporting both series production and research‑and‑development prototypes.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble Rheonics sensor probes, accessory systems and sensor electronics.
- Perform laser welding of sensor probes and accessories.
- Carry out sensor calibration in the dedicated calibration lab.
- Test Rheonics products throughout their life‑cycle and during R&D projects.
- Support R&D by building prototypes, machine prototypes and manufacturing tools.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve mechanical issues.
- Use collaboration tools and agile methodologies adopted by the team.
Required profile
- Polymechanic qualification or equivalent mechanical background.
- Experience in mechanical assemblies and high‑precision manufacturing.
- Ability to build and test prototypes and production systems.
- Fluency in English or German.
- Passion for precision, automation and high quality.
