Programme Analyst (Nature) – UNEP Finance Initiative

About the role

The United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) is seeking a remote Programme Analyst to support its Nature programme. The role is a six‑month consultancy focused on delivering human‑resources, administrative and operational assistance, as well as logistical, documentation, reporting and data‑management support to the programme team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day human‑resources support, including onboarding assistance and coordination of staff queries.
• Manage administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, procurement requests and office logistics for the Nature team.
• Maintain programme documentation, prepare regular reports and ensure accurate data entry and management.
• Coordinate meetings, webinars and events, handling invitations, agendas and follow‑up actions.
• Act as a liaison between the Nature team leads, programme members and the UNEP FI administrative unit to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administrative or programme support within an international or multilateral environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with a focus on detail and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate across time zones.
