Director – Office of the Co-CEOs

About the role

This senior position sits at the heart of the executive leadership team, acting as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Co-CEOs. You will translate high‑level ambition into actionable, cross‑functional strategies that drive growth, product innovation, brand marketing and digital expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as lead strategic advisor, converting complex corporate priorities into clear, measurable roadmaps across commercial, brand, product and digital domains.
• Lead high‑stakes, cross‑functional special projects such as new market entry, brand storytelling, digital ecosystem expansion and commercial scaling.
• Own executive‑level meeting governance, preparing board deliverables, strategic pre‑reads, global summits and off‑site events.
• Collaborate with the President, EVPs and global department leads to ensure alignment, resolve friction points and guarantee flawless execution.
• Oversee drafting and refinement of executive communications, board briefing packs, public keynotes and strategic talking points for global forums.

Required profile

• 12+ years of post‑graduate experience, beginning in a top‑tier management consultancy.
• Direct client‑side experience in global premium apparel, sportswear or luxury fashion brands, with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated success running C‑Suite operations and delivering Board of Directors materials.
• Exceptional analytical rigor combined with strong commercial affinity for brand storytelling and digital ecosystems.
• Outstanding gravitas, emotional intelligence and diplomatic skills to influence senior executives and board members.
