Project Coordinator, Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement

About the role

The Solar Impulse Foundation is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to be the front‑line representative for clean‑tech innovators worldwide. You will scout promising solutions, guide entrepreneurs through a rapid onboarding process, and keep the global Solutions community active and engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual outreach strategy, identifying startups and scale‑ups for the Efficient Solution Label and thematic acceleration programmes.
• Validate applicant profiles, review one‑page summaries, and act as the main point‑of‑contact to move innovators quickly through the pipeline.
• Drive community engagement by organising monthly virtual sessions, curating newsletters, and tracking participation KPIs.
• Represent the Foundation at conferences, co‑organise high‑profile events, and support multi‑stakeholder collaborations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, communications, environmental studies, international relations or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, outreach, community management, partnerships or project coordination.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable interacting with founders and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
• Ability to create newsletters and organise events.
• Basic KPI tracking and reporting.
