Project Director OneERP

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for a Project Director OneERP in Zurich. You will take charge of the company's strategic IFS Cloud platform: first stabilising the programme, strengthening governance and building a reliable delivery model, then turning lessons learned into a scalable, group-wide rollout. You act as the central link between business, IT, partners and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the OneERP recovery and stabilisation, fix structural root causes and set priorities, milestones and exit criteria before further rollout.
• Own scope, roadmap, budget, risks and executive reporting, ensure effective governance and clear decision rights, and act quickly on corrective actions.
• Strengthen business process ownership and key user structures, harmonise processes around the OneERP template and IFS Cloud and challenge unnecessary local customisations.
• Guide internal teams and implementation partners against deliverables, Statements of Work and commercial commitments, pushing for lasting solutions.
• Enforce quality gates from configuration and data to testing, training, cutover and handover, turn lessons learned into rollout playbooks and lead future group-wide rollouts.

Required profile

• 10+ years in ERP programmes, enterprise applications or large-scale IT transformation, including complex international implementations, recoveries or stabilisation initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional programmes with business, IT, partners and senior management; industrial, engineering, project-based or asset-intensive environments are an advantage.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of governance, risk, budget, testing, release, cutover, vendor and change management.
• Understanding of architecture, master data and support models.
• Familiarity with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Execution and Engineering processes.
• IFS Cloud experience is a plus; comparable large-scale ERP experience is welcome.
