Project Manager – FinTech & Digital Assets

About the role

Taurus, a FINMA‑regulated securities firm, is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join its Project & Organization team. You will lead high‑impact projects that span client implementations, internal strategic initiatives, and blockchain forensics, working at the intersection of business, technology, and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery projects for financial institutions, issuers, and market makers, including operating model design, custody and tokenisation platform setup, and technical implementation coordination.
• Drive cross‑functional projects sponsored by the Executive Committee, covering regulatory filings, business requirement specifications, operational improvements, and international expansion.
• Produce source‑of‑funds analyses, wallet screening, and crypto due‑diligence reports using blockchain intelligence tools to support compliance and onboarding.
• Support sales RFPs/RFIs and ad‑hoc commercial or operational priorities across the company.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a top‑tier consulting firm or project management within financial services or fintech.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies and the broader digital‑asset ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively and deliver with high attention to detail.
