Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex customer implementation projects for a fast‑growing SaaS company transforming the hospitality industry with AI‑powered solutions. The role offers autonomy, international client exposure and the chance to shape delivery processes in a scaling organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple customer implementation projects from initiation through deployment and handover.
• Coordinate scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and resource allocation.
• Facilitate customer meetings, steering committees and status reviews, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, implementation consultants, solution engineers and customer success teams.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools and automation to improve project efficiency, reporting and visibility.
• Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks and drive escalation when required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting systems and operational data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies, templates and best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementations, professional services or technology‑driven environments.
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals such as scope, planning, risk, change control and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high organization and attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with external customers and delivering client‑facing projects.

• Project management platforms: Jira, Monday.com, Notion, Smartsheet, Rocketlane, Precursive (or similar).
• AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI (or related technologies).
