Project Support Intern - Roche Global Citizenship (d/f/m)

About the role

Roche's Global Citizenship team works on initiatives in four areas: Humanitarian & Social, Sciences & Education, Arts & Culture and Community & Environment. As Project Support Intern and Roche Continents Student Liaison, you will act as the primary contact for Roche Continents, a flagship initiative bringing together university students from across Europe around science, art, sustainability and innovation. The preferred start date is February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact and ambassador for Roche Continents students, building relationships and promoting inclusivity across digital and in-person touchpoints.
• Drive end-to-end support for the application and candidate selection process, keeping communication consistent and engaging with the selected cohort.
• Set up, customise and keep up to date the official event application (schedules, content, announcements).
• Provide hands-on support on site during the main Roche Continents program, coordinating daily logistics, helping the project team and managing student needs.
• Design, deploy and analyse digital feedback surveys to evaluate engagement, outcomes and areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from a Master's programme in Communications, Sustainability, Social Impact, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail; preferably experience in project or event management.
• Strong interest in AI, data-driven approaches and digital innovation is highly desired.

• Experience with digital platforms and tools is essential.
• Ability to build trust with diverse student groups.
