Promotion Manager

About the role

As a Promotion Manager at Wingo, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of promotional campaigns, from creation and configuration to optimisation and delivery. You will work closely with Marketing, Commercial, IT, Finance and other cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement of promotion tools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional activities with all relevant departments (Marketing, Commercial, IT, Finance, etc.).
• Create and configure promotions directly in the internal system.
• Organise and lead testing together with the Q&A team to guarantee flawless launches.
• Drive development and continuous improvement of the promotion creation tool.
• Manage the full promotion delivery lifecycle, aligning with business and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Strong initiative, sense of ownership and analytical mindset.
• Experience in project or product management within a technology‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile and hybrid work model.
• Fluent in German, French or English with strong skills in one of the other languages.

Required skills

• Proficiency with internal promotion configuration tools.
• Experience in testing and quality assurance processes.
