Purchasing Coordinator – Aviation Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our aviation procurement team at the EuroAirport hangar facilities. You will support the sourcing, ordering, and tracking of aircraft parts, consumables, tooling, and repair services, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create, process and manage purchase requests and orders in the AMOS system.
• Source aircraft parts and services, request and evaluate supplier quotations while adhering to approved vendor lists and certification requirements.
• Track deliveries, manage AOG and critical orders, and maintain accurate purchasing data including pricing, lead times, shipping methods and INCOTERMS.
• Upload and verify compliance documentation such as EASA Form 1, FAA 8130‑3 and Certificates of Conformity.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planning, Engineering, Stores, Quality, Sales and Logistics to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Assist in supplier performance monitoring and contribute to procurement improvement projects.

Required profile

• Vocational training or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Aviation Management or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing or supply chain; aviation logistics or MRO experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling technical and compliance documents.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; French or German are advantageous.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AMOS ERP (user‑level).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
